Want to save? Change your tariff to include inclusive minutes for redirection. Order and manage online in your control panel. Allowances are billed on the 1st of each month and will revert to the default free tariff if there is not enough prepaid balance left in your account to renew. Once you have ran our of inclusive minutes, our standard Pay as You Go rates (above) apply. Allowances are pooled and are used by all your numbers in your account.

***Should you wish to port your number(s) out at a later date, there is no cost for end user driven ports on end user accounts (end user meaning you are not reselling our services or are a Communications Provider). Otherwise there is a £10 per number per attempt charge for end user driven ports for those who resell our numbers or are a Communications Provider themselves. This is to cover the administration required in handling porting requests. Wholesale porting (i.e where a Communications Provider ports their number(s) to another Communications Provider and is not end user driven) is determined on a case by case basis and is not guaranteed. Costs will be provided on request for Wholesale porting.

 

Accounts are prepaid and you topup online.
If your balance goes into negative, all calls will stop.
Allowances do not roll over and reset on the 1st of each month.
Prices exclusive of VAT.

Important: Calls are billed on a per minute basis. i.e if a call lasts for 10 seconds, you will be billed for 60 seconds. If a call lasts 90 seconds you will be charged for 120 seconds.
